November 9 History World Freedom Day

Ridley's Believe It Or Not—November 9, 2014: Weekend is upon us and the elections have faded away but perhaps the gridlock is the dandruff we cannot shed. News flash, Starbucks changed its policy on baristas showing tattoos—right thing to do as one out of seven Americans now have tattoos-- http://alaskanpoet.blogspot.com/2014/11/starbucks-now-allows-tattoo-on-baristas.html    Ripped them poetically on Alaskanpoet.blogspot.com in July for wanting to fire a barista with a rose on her hand. Glad to see they may have listened. As always I  hope you enjoy the holidays and observances, factoids and a quote from Justin Cronin, with a smile on your sunscreened face, enjoying a vanila cupcake, blessed with a positive attitude even though you know you will have to wade through tons of spam in your inbox, and secure in the knowledge that if you want to find a gift for a memorable event or the coming Christmas, you know that the Alaskanpoet can provide you with a unique customized poem at a great price tailored to the event and the recipient.  On the weekends to read Ridley’s Believe Or Not, you have to go to my blogs.
