8, 2018 Judge Kavanaugh has been ceremoniously sworn in as a Justice Kavanaugh
as the left continues to posture for impeachment; FBI lawyers have indicated
that Rod Rosenstein was not kidding when he stated he would wear a wire to meet
with Trump on issue of 26th Amendment (this worm who has defied Congress
really needs to go); in a surprising move UN Ambassador Nikki Haley has resigned;
Hurricane Michael as it heads to the Florida Panhandle has been upgraded to a
Cat 2 and is projected to make landfall in Florida on Wednesday; on the midterm
front the chaos over Kavanaugh’s confirmation has energized the Reds to turn
out and the energy turnout level the Blues once had has evaporated; HRC will
not fade away into the obscurity she deserves and as she and Bill prepare a
meet and greet tour is slamming the British Prime Minister’s party for its
support of Hungary that has denounced mass immigration of refugees into Europe
and demanding that Blues no longer remain civil in dealing with Reds (when will
this failed candidate pack up her bags and disappear from the political scene);
Google remains in the spotlight of bias as a top executive is being castigated
for his slam on Twitter of the Kanvanaugh confirmation; on the space front,
Virgin Airlines is predicting they are very close to offering trips into space
for $250,000 targeting A-list celebrities for the pleasure of spending several
minutes 50 plus miles above the earth; on the left melt down over Kavanaugh confirmation
Samantha Ness, a special education teacher in Minnesota has resigned over a
tweet urging the killing of Justice Kavanaugh (enough is enough—arrest this
person and try her for inciting attempted murder); Emanuel’s announcement that
he will not seek reelection has not curbed the gun violence as through October 8,
2018, 2376 people mostly of color have been shot by mostly people of color, of
whom 390 have died (when will Chicago get serious about this carnage or is this
the case of true racism as a Blue run city turns a deaf ear and a blind eye to
the slaughter of mostly people of color by mostly people of color).

kidnapping and murder led President Reagan to declare May 25 as National
Missing Children’s Day.

a. 1966 South Korean forces massacred 168 men, women and
children in the village of Binh Tai, South Vietnam.
b. 1967 a day after his capture in
Bolivia, Ernesto Che Guevara was executed for plotting to incite revolution in
Bolivia.
c. 1969 the Illinois National Guard was called out to curb
demonstrations that had erupted over the trial of the Chicago Eight.
d. 1986 The Phantom of the
Opera opened at Her Majesty’s Theater in London to become the second
longest running musical.
e. 2006 North Korea completed its first nuclear test.
Reflections on the trial of the Chicago Eight: “"Our
strategy was to give Judge Hoffman a heart attack. We gave the court system a
heart attack, which is even better." -- Jerry Rubin, one of the Yippies
and member of the Chicago Eight, six of whom were found guilty of intent to
riot but those convictions were overturn by the 7th Circuit Court of
Appeals.
