Ridley’s Believe It Or Not January 13, 2021
CV World Cases: The CV pandemic across the planet continues the new year with surging cases over 92 million at 92,775,578 with 740,030 new cases (a .80% increase and .86% yesterday) 24,495,291 of which are active, 68,280,287 closed with 66,293,445 recoveries (97.09% and 97.10% yesterday) and 1,986,842 deaths (2.91% and 2.90% yesterday) to continue the trend of increased cases with increased recovery percentages and decreased death percentages with some plateaus.
CV USA Cases: Total cases now over 23 million at 23,616,345 with 420,046 new cases (a 1.81% increase and .75% yesterday) with 9,247,381 active cases of which 29,238 (.32% of active cases and a decrease of 33 from a peak of 29,271 on December 31) are in serious or critical condition 14,368,964 closures, 393,928 of which have been deaths (2.74% and 2.74% yesterday) and 13,975,036 of which have been recoveries (97.26% and 97.26% yesterday). Our death rate percentage continues to improve and after many months is now .17% lower than the world rate and .15% lower than Canada which has the socialized type medicine Biden may well want to implement here and on a deaths per million population measurement on a steady climb to 1186 ranks behind Belgium (1738), Italy (1330), UK (1245) which had passed us despite leading world in testing), and Bulgaria (1206), and only slightly worse than Peru (1158), Spain (1131), Hungary (1135), France (1056), Mexico (1056), Argentina (990), Switzerland (981), Sweden (970) that never closed its economy down like we did but has recently been experiencing a rapid rise in deaths, (Brazil (966), Chile (896) that we recently passed, Bolivia (807) and Ecuador (800) and we have now conducted 1,843,160 more tests to bring the total to 277,448,025 (now at 835,573/M compared to Russia at 648,301/M so Trump was telling truth that we conduct more tests in number and on a per capital basis for nations (other than those nations that contain small populations like Bahrain, Denmark, Israel, Malta, Singapore and UAE) but for the U.K. which remains off the testing charts with tests at 907,488/M.
Non CV Case News: With no witnesses, no committee hearings, the rush to judgment was clear today as the House by a partisan vote, voted 232-187 to impeach Trump for inciting a riot to cease the Capitol and during the “show impeachments” deliver scathing rebukes to the 75 million voters who supported Trump while the MSM chimed in jumping for joy that Trump voters were pillaged; the Cack News Network laid a huge turd with Jake Tapper “belongs flushed now a crapper” even went so low to slam Rep. Mast a Republican who voted against impeachment; with the Senate not convening until the 19th this impeachment was a exercise in divisive futility whose real purpose was to insure Trump will never be able to ravage the party with no ideas by running: at least for the period of quarantine, the House will be blessed with one less leftist strident voice as Blue Rep Pramila Jayapal has tested positive and is blaming fellow Reds who did not wear a mask when a large group of Congressmen were being sheltered during the storming of the Capitol; Newsom’s vaccine rollout continues to be a disaster with California an epicenter of new cases and deaths but fortunately the recall petition for Gruesome Newsom has now surpassed 1,000,000 signatures and only needs 500,000 more to put the recall Newsom petition on the ballot: https://recallgavin2020.com/petition/
Chicago/Baltimore Gun Violence: In the new-year gun violence is unchecked primarily with shooters of color shooting and killing victims of color but it looks like my data site Hey Jackass.com has now been blocked from giving out daily data.
