June 2, 2020 Ridley's Believe It Or Not American Indian Citizenship Day;oie

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not For June 2, 2020 The CV pandemic across the planet continues with 77,516 new cases  (a 1.22%  increase compared to a 1.23% increase yesterday) to bring the total to 6,405,681 cases, 3,094,078  of  which  are active,  3,311,603 of which have been closed with 2,933,422 recoveries (88.58% compared to  yesterday’s 88.47%) and 378,181    deaths (11.42% compared to yesterday’s 11.53%); in the U.S. which has the dubious distinction of leading the world in total cases with new cases of 15,601  have brought total cases to 1,845,873  (a .85% increase compared to yesterday’s .96% increase)  with 1,138,830   active cases of which 16,940 (16,985 yesterday) are in serious or critical condition and 722,644  closures, 106,990  of which have been deaths (14..81% compared to  yesterday’s 14.92%) and 615,654 of which  have been recoveries (85.19%  compared to yesterday’s 85.08%) (our death rate percentages continue to improve since Cuomo repealed his order sending CV positive patients on May 10 but remain higher than the world probably due to idiots like Cuomo sending positive CV patients into nursing homes to infect the residents and staff who then die) with 18,162,929 tests; the peaceful protest over Floyd’s murder is now but a distant memory with rioters are engaging in looting on a massive scale, attacking police not with just rocks, bottles and bricks but in St. Louis shooting 4 officers, in Las Vegas shooting 1 and in Buffalo ramming into police with a SUV; Cuomo may be inept beyond belief when it comes to his handling of the CV pandemic and the Floyd riots but is Johnny on the spot when it comes to pointing a finger of blame at someone other than himself as he castigates the NYPD and de Blasio for their handling of the NYC Floyd riots; with police and national guard clearly unable to protect some neighborhoods, residents are being forced to take matters in their own hands to arm themselves with bats and weapons and in a déjà vu of Korean shopkeepers in the Rodney King riots in Los Angeles shoot looters, in South Philadelphia a group of armed looters tried to break into the Firing line, one of the city’s oldest gun stores and one was killed and another wounded by the owner spending the night to protect it; the economy already ravaged by the pandemic and just in the process of taking tentative baby steps to reopen across the country is now being hammered by the national riots and destruction of businesses by fire and by looting (do not be surprised to see new jobless claims which had been dropping to rise again and sadly with a loss of social distancing during the riots an increase in CV cases); in Chicago, as of June 1, 2020, 1184 shootings (11 in one day increase) of whom 222 (only 3 in one day increase) have died (so much for the effectiveness of Chicago’s stay at home order); Baltimore with a fraction of Chicago’s population and hoping against all hopes that 2020 will not be a record in terms of deaths is now 93 behind Chicago with 129 murders (when will Chicago and Baltimore get serious about this carnage or is this the case of true racism as a Blue run city turns a deaf ear and a blind eye to the slaughter of people of color by people of color and when will the left focus on the problem of color on color shootings in Blue run cities which have been more deadly and more numerous than random mass shootings?).

Reflections on the PLO: “The PLO was founded three years before the Israelis ever occupied Gaza and the West Bank, and that the PLO wanted Israel wiped off the map. But in a ninety-second story, who has time to remind viewers that when the PLO was founded, Gaza was illegally occupied by Egypt, and the West Bank by Jordan, but Yasser Arafat did not mind those occupations? Where were the voices of the Palestinians then for their independent state?”― Brigitte Gabriel, Because They Hate: A Survivor of Islamic Terror Warns America.
