October 12, 2017 Ridley's Believe It Or Not Freethought Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not For October 12, 2017 On the failing Obamacare front, President Trump signed an executive order designed to create more competition in the health insurance market and enable consumers to buy the insurance they want as opposed to being forced to buy what they do not want or need (if only Congress were mandated to be covered by Obamacare, a repeal and replace bill would have been sent to the president months ago); on the good news front Caitlan Coleman, her husband and her three infants born in captivity since being abducted in Afghanistan by Taliban linked terrorists are being freed (but on the bad news front the family does not want to leave Pakistan as the husband is concerned that past behavior would result in his becoming a resident of GITMO); fires in Northern California are raging out of control with the town of Calistoga being evacuated as the death toll from the fires now at 23 with hundreds missing; AG Sessions rightfully blasted Obama for the surge in illegals seeking asylum and vowed a crackdown on illegals in sanctuaries (good place to start would be to cut off all federal funding to sanctuary cities and sanctuary states like California); Hillary was on the Cack News Network being interviewed by one of the most leftist “journalists” Fareed Zakaria expressing shock and disgust over Harvey Weinstein’s alleged sexual predator behavior and rape claiming complete ignorance of that behavior while accepting large contributions to her campaign and the Clinton Foundation (believe her lack of knowledge and stand in line with those who believe in the tooth fairy); as if we did not have enough to worry about on our platter, news today that the super volcano at Yellowstone that last erupted 630,000 years ago may be ready sooner that predicted for another massive eruption that would spew ash into the atmosphere equal to 2500 times the amount of ash emitted by Mt. St. Helens; in Chicago through October 11, 2017, the number of people being shot climbed to 2989 and the death toll rising to 517 while the city seems to not be doing anything to prevent the killing and maiming of its minority residents—a real definition of racism which is deadly.
