Ridley’s Believe It Or Not For March 5, 2017 Just when we thought the rancor could not get worse in the Swamp, it has with allegations and counter allegations that Trump Tower has been wire tapped as was Senator Sessions in his Senate Office—make no mistake the idea of a White House caught like the pollsters, pundits and mainstream media like the Clinton News Network totally unaware that HRC would lose and go into all hands on deck 24/7 Obama legacy preservation mode by any means including wiretapping and leaks of classified information is not far-fetched and is really, really troubling and any Blue who thinks otherwise demonstrates a complete lack of fitness to serve in office; as to the two meetings with the Russian Ambassador which ignited this firestorm due to Sessions inartful response to Senators Franken’s and Leahy’s question that Sessions must have thought pertained to his capacity as a Trump surrogate as opposed to a Senator we now find that the first meeting was set up by the Obama White House; look for the Senate to commence hearings on the issue of wiretapping (Trump may have pledged to drain the Swamp but the what seems to be oozing out of the Swamp in an increasing surge are leaks most likely from Obama holdovers who if guilty should be immediately fired; at Support for Trump rallies across the nation violence broke out between Trump supporters and protestors (it is a divisive day when protestors are carrying signs claiming “your vote was a hate crime”); the carnage in Chicago continues unabated through March 4, 2017, rising to 544 but the aim of the shooters off with the total dead stuck at 98 (four days into March and no one dead—a true miracle). God help those poor minorities being shot mostly by minorities when the weather gets warmer and the shooters’ aim gets better.

1. National Multiple Personality Day—could not find the origin of this observance; sometimes it seems that there are multiple personalities all around us talking out loud to some unseen person only to find they are using Bluetooth on their phone or sadly do have significant mental illness issues.
2. National Namesake Day—today is a day to determine the meaning of your names and why you were named as you were; it is best observed when your parents are still alive and is a great excuse, not that you really need one, to call your elderly parents or aunts and uncles.

4. Word of the Day—today’s word of the day is “incrassate” which means thickened in form or consistency which when it comes to making gravy by stirring in flour is difficult for the culinary challenged to avoid lumps.
5. Cuba’s Known For More Than Cigars—celebrating the birth on this day in 1974 of Eva Mendes, noted model and actress of Cuban descent who got her break with Training Day.

d. 1970 the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty signed by 43 nations went into effect but sadly the rogue nations of North Korea and Iran are hell bent on pursuing the development of their own nukes.
e. 1974 Israeli forces withdrew from the West Bank of the Suez Canal.
