November 8, 2019 Ridley's Believe It Or Not Urban Planning Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not For November 8, 2019 As Biden sinks, wounded by the Quid Pro Quo allegations involving his son Hunter with respect to China and Ukraine, Blumenthal, the Nanny Mayor of New York City, appears to be ready to toss his hat into the ring so the party of the wealth tax may now have two billionaires on the primary ballot; Yanovitch, the former Ambassador to the Ukraine, seething most likely that Trump canned her may have fallen into the perjury trap as her private email server (shades of Hillary Clinton) reveals she may have communicated to a Democratic Congressional staffer contrary to what she testified under oath in a deposition involving Ukraine and the alleged quid pro quo of President Trump; Newsom must be a very busy governor or like too many Blues favors open borders and illegal aliens as he was a no show at a funeral of a deputy butchered by two illegal aliens (Blues have a fit when illegals often commit a violent crime like rape, assault, or murder on American citizens and wish the outrage would just disappear as opposed to securing the border); Joy Behar is back at her biased best making a fool out of herself, comparing the author of A Warning by an anonymous coward to “Deep Throat” in the Watergate Scandal, an observation promptly ridiculed by the two only sane members of The View, Huntsman and McCain; leftist Joe Scarborough finally said something this poet can agree with when he denigrated Anonomyous’ allegations by a dismissal of “Who cares?” (cowards sell books by hiding their identity and continue working for a person whose policies they disagree with and despise); black plantation owners like Maxine Waters must be quaking in their boots as Kanaye West urges blacks to not vote for Blues but for Reds (as they should given the low unemployment and wage growth in the black community due to Trump contrasted with the failing of blue big city mayors to do anything about crime, drugs and failing schools), Blumenthal may have filed just ahead of the deadline to get on the ballot in Alabama but on the 4 early primary and caucus states, he seems to have come down with Clintonitis Coronationitis and will not campaign in them (if he follows her queen looking to be coronated strategy he is doomed to a resounding failure in the primary and if unlucky enough to win to face Trump in the general);  in Chicago with a new interim police chief as of  November 7, 2019, 2401 have been shot, of whom, 412 have died; in Baltimore with a fraction of Chicago’s population, is coming in second place in the amount of gun deaths as 295 have been murdered (when will Chicago and Baltimore get serious about this carnage or is this the case of true racism as a Blue run city turns a deaf ear and a blind eye to the slaughter of people of color by people of color and when will the left focus on the problem of color on color shootings in Blue run cities which have been more deadly and more numerous than random mass shootings?

Reflections on Urban Planning: "I'm trying to discover - invent, I suppose - an architecture, and forms of urban planning, that do something of the same thing in a contemporary way. I started out trying to create buildings that would sparkle like isolated jewels; now I want them to connect, to form a new kind of landscape, to flow together with contemporary cities and the lives of their peoples.” Zaha Hadid, considered one of the best female architects who died way too early from a heart attack at age 65.
