June 19, 2021 Ridley's Believe It Or Not Juneteenth National Day of Independence

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not June 19, 2021

CV World Cases: The CV pandemic across the planet continues on a slowing down basis the new year with cases now over 178 million at 178,939,856 cases (178,392,190 yesterday), 11,597,991 of which are active, 167,341,865 closed with 163,466,986 recoveries (97.68% and 97.68% yesterday, and 3,874,879 deaths (2.32% and 2.32% yesterday) to continue the slow trend of increased cases with increased recovery percentages and decreased death percentage with some plateaus, dips, and rises.
CV USA Cases: Total cases now over 34 million at 34,401,712(34,378,973 yesterday) with 5,089,786 active cases of which 3,989 (4,253) yesterday and 8,599 on 3/25/2021) (now down to .078% of active cases and now a significant reduction to decrease the number of serious or critical cases to increase the reduction from the 29,271 peak on 12/31/2020 to 25,282, 29,311,926 closed, with 617,083 deaths (2.11% and 2.11% yesterday) and with 28,694,843 recoveries (97.89% and 97.89% yesterday). Our death rate percentage continues to slowly improve and after many months is
now .21% lower than the world’s death rate.

Standing: On a deaths per million population measure on a steady   but slow climb to 1854 the U.S. ranks behind Peru (5684) the new number 1 which has had a quantum leap in deaths previously unmatched which was a change in the classification to give Peru the a new method of reporting to have a fatality rate of 9.39% of total cases now; Hungary the new number 2 has had a huge continuing surge in deaths with the increase now slowing down and improving slightly to  3.92% of its closed cases have died (3108), aping Hungary in terms of increase in deaths Bulgaria 2608),   Brazil (2340) which has been hit with a rapid rise in deaths and cases and passed us and Italy, Belgium (2159), (Italy (2108), Poland (1979) and the UK (1876) which had passed us despite leading world in testing and now has new deaths barely increasing), and Argentina (1946), and slightly better than Mexico (1773), Spain (1724),  France (1693), Romania (1690),  Portugal (1678),  Chile (1629), Sweden (1431) that never closed its economy down like we did, Bolivia (1354) and Switzerland (1247).
Tests: We have now conducted 498,689,211 tests (now at 1,498,123/M) compared to number 2 now France at 1,383,023/M) as we are conducting more tests in number and on a per capital basis for all nations (other than those nations that contain small populations like Bahrain, Denmark, Israel, Malta, Singapore and UAE) other than the U.K. which remains as king of the mountain with respect to tests at 2,931,615/M.
CV Open Gate: Lost in the pronouncements by Biden and his lackeys   that there is no crisis of illegals surging across the border is that fact that COVID-19 is alive and well and spreading in the Northern Triangle and Mexico which been passed by Argentina to move down to 11th  on my list of deaths from the pandemic  at 1772/M with a fatality rate of 10.500% of closed cases and the 3 countries in the Northern Triangle in terms of active cases and deaths per million are as follows even though the data may be suspect as underreported (regardless of number we need no more cases):

                 Guatemala:  Active Cases:  18,307 Deaths/M 474
                 Honduras:    Active Cases: 153,750 Deaths/M 671
                 El Salvador:  Active cases:     3,308 Deaths/M 357

US Vaccinations: As of 6/19/21 317.1 million doses finally after increasing slightly for several days to decrease from 1.36 million per day to 1.29 million which means if the rate does not increase it will take us still some 4 months to miss Biden’s goal of having 75% of the population vaccinated by the 4th of July which many believe is necessary to develop herd immunity. In California 41,346,145 total doses have been given (85.1% of doses received to exceed the U.S. average of 83.7%), but even with the pressure of a recall to be scheduled this fall which hopefully end Newsom’s term, California has finally  moved up from 24th  to 22nd of the 50 states in terms of the percentage of doses administered as a percentage of doses delivered to the states and at 47.9% of its population fully vaccinated compared to the U.S. average of 44.9% has not moved from 18th among the 50 states.  A long way to go still to get herd immunity in terms of getting vaccines received into arms and the percentage of the population fully vaccinated compared to other states which means a great reason to recall this inept and hypocritical governor.
Non  CV News: Biden is going to miss his goal of 70 % of the population by the 4th of July having 1 vaccine shot so he is moving the goalposts to 300 million doses in the 1st 150 days as vaccine rates have been slowing down; the stench of possible corruption linked to BLM founder Patrisse Cullors is getting worse each day as the Dignity and Power Now nonprofit formed by her failed to report some $175,000 in donations while making contributions to California’s AG that regulates charities (when will our Woke driven white guilt large corporations turn on the spigot to fund the divisive hatred of BLM?); Mayor Lightfoot who has been a lightweight when it comes to the color on color shootings in Chicago, may have another problem on her plate as the Bears may be considering moving to a new stadium to be built 35 miles outside of Chicago (if fans were being shot going to the Bears’ game instead of blacks in poor neighbors the carnage would have been stopped years ago which defines what true racism is); in another example of the reeking double standard, Evanston, Illinois will be celebrating Juneteenth with a parade and likewise Gay Pride but cancelling a 4th of July Parade (since when does Fauci believe that science holds that blacks and LBGT’s are immune to COVID-19 infection?); veterans medical care means too often waiting for day to a doctor see but at least under Biden a veteran wanting transformation surgery will have the Veteran’s Administration pick up the tab (such expenses should go to cutting down wait times not sex change operations); Mayor Bottoms of Atlanta is a leftist hack whose only saving grace is that she is properly named as her name indicates where her competence and integrity lie as she blames the surge in crime in Atlanta on Georgia reopening the state (what about the fact that the Atlanta PD is 400 officers shy of its authorized strength?); Michael Wasserman on Long Beach, New York is suing the city for its attempt block his conservative signs and flags on his car for the whopping sum of $25 million (suspect that if he were flying Biden flags and displaying Biden stickers, he would probably get the key to the city), in a rush to judgment moment so typical a pickup truck at a Gay Pride Parade in Wilton Manor, Florida suddenly accelerating hitting several marchers barely missing Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz by inches, killing one person, causing the Fort Lauderdale Mayor to call it a terrorist attack of LBGT marchers before it was revealed that the driver was a member of the Fort Lauderdale Gay Choir who told bystanders it was an accident; Rep. Massie who is cosponsoring the Fire Fauci Act lashed out at a reporter who asked his vaccine status as being none of her business then told he will not get vaccinated until data comes out showing extra immunity to that conferred after already being infected.
Chicago Gun Violence: Hey Jackass.com is alive and well to collect data to show that   through June 18, 2,021, gun violence involving mostly persons of color shooting mostly persons of color in Chicago is alive and well with 1752 persons shot of whom 301 have died.

This involves an absolute equality of rights and rights of property between former masters and slaves, and the connection heretofore existing between them becomes that between employer and free laborer. The freedmen are advised to remain quietly at their present homes and work for wages. They are informed that they will not be allowed to collect at military posts and that they will not be supported in idleness either there or elsewhere.” General Gordon Granger, June 19, 1865
